Stage & Amaze is proud to offer several different staging packages to choose from. Staging estimates are available by calling us or through our website. Our team of sales experts will guide you to the option that better fits your needs. Once you review the estimate, we will schedule an appointment to preview the property. 

1. Property Preview

During this meeting we will take a look at all the details about your home and learn more about your neighborhood and potential buyer. We want to make sure we don't leave any detail out while working on your home design! After the property preview meeting, you will receive the staging documents and we will reserve your staging date.

2. Staging Day

Our team of expert designers will carefully select gorgeous furniture and accessories from our extensive inventory to style your home. These items are hand picked and installed with the objective of producing the best design for your home, targeted specifically to attract your home's potential buyer. On an average, your home will be staged within 4-5 hours.

3. Photography

We have partnered with the area's some of the top professional photographers to shoot our staged homes. Pictures are taken the day after we complete the staging job. We email the pictures to you within 24 hours.

4. De-Stage

Once your home is under contract, please let our office know so we can add you to our de-staging schedule. We coordinate with your realtor to access your home and remove the furnishings. Our job here is done!
